At CLEO, CMS Co-Founder Garrett Cole to join panel discussion on mid-IR and THz photonics
Commercial Applications for Mid-IR and Terahertz Optics and Photonics
Our very own Garrett Cole has been invited to participate in the panel discussion, “Commercial Applications for Mid-IR and Terahertz Optics and Photonics,” on Wednesday, May 16th, from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM in Exhibit Hall Theatre II at CLEO in San Jose, California, as part of the Industry Focus program. The discussion will explore commercial technologies relevant to mid-IR and terahertz optics and photonics. The xtal mir™ product line from CMS fits perfectly with the theme of this discussion. In the rapidly evolving mid-IR application space, our optics are capable of significant performance enhancements owing to their exceedingly low losses. Further information regarding the panel discussion can be found online at https://www.cleoconference.org/home/exhibit-displays-and-activities/industry-focus/commercial-applications-for-mid-ir-and-terahertz/.
While at CLEO, don’t forget to visit CMS in the exhibition hall at booth #2115 and don’t miss Garrett’s technical talk on large-area optics for gravitational wave detectors, held Monday, May 14th, from 2:45 PM – 3:00 PM (Characterization of Large-Area Crystalline Coatings for Next-Generation Gravitational Wave Detectors [SM3L.6]).
